Red Fire- 2007 Mustang GT/CS
I can go either way, Had a early 90's IROC Daytona that was fun for its day. Replaced that with a 93 Cobra (Trick Flow heads E303 cam, DNE Trans etc), traded that in for a TT RX7 that had a few mods. Even had an SVO turbo Mustang for a bit.. Fast is Fast.. Never had a FOUR door that I thought of as fast... If I did tho, it would be an EVO.. But for now.. It's V8 and rear wheel drive, Just love the way it feels when you put your foot down..

Soooo true, kid in an SRT-8 Charger his daddy bought for him found out the hard way this weekend..... 7 times in a row, 20 roll, 40 roll, 55 roll, dig, etc., he thought if he kept trying, my car would get tired I guess? Don't get me wrong, those cars are quick, I like them, I even gave him compliments on it before hand...but he was suuuuch a little dick about it, kept mouthing off about whoopin my ass down the 1/4...got tired of it, told him put his money where his mouth is...

Blashphemy!!! Reminds me of when they put a Skyline Engine in The Stang in fast and furious. A 460 Ford engine would do just fine.
Yeah, I would hope all U.S. cars give us TRUE big blocks with todays technology in them, which would seriously equal death to the imports for real. I respect EVO's STI's and Especially the GTR, but true big block American power would destroy.Last edited by Camarofan; 09-29-2008 at 02:17 PM.

well this guy was in his mid 30's ...not a yougster for sure,
98 ta ram air, a4,transgo stage 2 shift kit, 342 gears ,2 1/2' magnaflow exhaust(or cut off),obx lt headers, custom y pipe,volant cool air intake,port/polished throttle body and maf too, and tune...more on its way

Im actually very suprised how bad you beat that EVO. That EVO seemed very slow, being it wasnt stock. Did you know what he had done? Perhaps just exhaust? I know when I had my EVO (its sold), I was full bolt-ons with cams and Id walk away from any non-cammed LS1 with ease from any roll on speed.

10-02-2008, 03:45 AM #50Sure you did. I know guys with Evos with full bolt ons, meth injection, upped boost pressure (30PSI), hybrid turbos, and cams that get whooped by cammed LS1's. So no way your car with bolt ons and cams on a stock turbo was "walking away" from non-cammed LS1's.

i wouldnt know..i just asked him if it was stock before the race while rolling and said "nah man,it aint stock bro" whit a big ass smile in his face,then after the race i tried pulling him over to see what mods he had but said he had to leave already cuz he was in a hurry...
but today it is thursday wich is cruise night here, and ill more than likely see him and if i do am for sure gon stop him and check it out
