I too have a sport gold camaro ss. to clear some things up, of the SS hard tops, only nine were actual hard tops and not T tops, two were sold in louisville kentucky, mine and another, the other got wrapped around a tree, and i know there was one in key west that got destroyed in a hurricane, this leaves only seven remaining. mine is a six speed car that is driven daily but looks and drives like she did the day i got her. i will try and get some pictures taken tomorrow and get them posted up, right now the car has black stripes similar to berger (paint not stickers), blacked out panel in the back, black wheels with polished lip, and it is lowered with eibach pro springs.

I had NO idea that there were SGM Camaros in SS trim.I have seen Z28s and V6s but NEVER an SS.

Where did you get 9 from? I'm just wondering because I tried to find out myself how many were hardtops and dindnt have any luck.

By the way I love the berger stripes on your SS. Thats exactly what I wanted to have painted on my SGM SS before I sold it back in the fall. I think some black halo's would look good on there as well. I had them on my SGM Z/28.

Good looking car. I saw a gold wS6 a few years back, don't konw if it was a hood add on or not. Not sure if they even made the wS6 gold cars. Hell a gold SS is gotta be super rare.

This may have been mine. I was in the navy for 5 years and didnt drive it much. I'm out now and back in the charlotte area. I've had her since '02. I havent been on this site i forever. I need to update my signature-its like 3 different motor combinations old! haha

I absolutely hate, hate, hate black wheels. However, I think on SGM it looks a lot better than chrome. Chrome just doesn't work with gold, imo. I actually think the black wheels look really good on SGM. Nice pictures everyone.

a friend of mine has a gold V6 Camaro i think its a 98 but im not sure,also this awesome rare gold color was offered on the Trans Ams too
