Question Back Window Leaks - What to Use??

I've been searching for something to use on my back window. It leaks on sides and bottom. I was thinking about using some sort of silicone but would like to know what other people have tried and that worked.

I had a leak at the bottom and just used clear silicone. I pulled back the top fabric a little and ran a bead. Then I just pushed it down. Been working fine.
