I'm doing something similar, but the opposite approach. I've done most of my suspension/chassis and am putting a Moser 9" in soon. Then I'm planning on building a low compression 454 LSX motor, run it like that for awhile and put a twin turbo setup on it. I'm not sure on a HP estimate, but I'm sure it'll be more than enough for me and should be very reliable! I should be spending about the same as you, maybe a bit more.

WOW, are they hiring were your working. I am reliable worker and would love a tt setup.

haha, this is going to take me awhile to build. I'll only be doing a couple things a year on it.

If gas would go back to 96 cents a gallon, I'd have all the money I wanted to do mods! lol As for the termi's, I was fortunate enough to race one at the strip a few weeks ago in the 1/8th. Punished him by almost 3 car lengths. Think he ran a 9.2 to my 8.5 with shitty track conditions. Not sure if he had any mods, however, he was a vert. Either way, he was supercharged, so no excuses!
