    03 Mustang gt exhaust

    Okay so my girlfriend has a 03 mustang gt (yeah she had it before i was with her). She has the magnaflow true dual exhaust on it. I thought it was a bit quiet so i got under it to look to see how it was setup and i saw there was FOUR catalytic converters! 2 on each pipe! Is this normal? I know nothing about mustangs.

    And god forbid i try to find it online, ive looked for hours and its hard to find out anything about mustangs because the web is overloaded with 3.8l bs!

    My 01 only has 2 cats, don't know when they went to 4.
    2001 Mustang GT, 4.10 gears, Hurst shifter, SLP Loudmouth Catback, KN CAI, Shaker Hookscoop, Kaminari sideskirts, Boss Shinoda chin spoiler, rear window slats, best 1/4 14.2 at 7000 ft elevation on G-tech pro compitition plus perf meter.
