if the firebird is a v8, it's the quietest LS1 i have ever heard...

4 cyl for the prelude and a v6 for the bird. its no v8...

i get about 17 mpg... and that is with me driving like a dick most of the time...

I get right around 27 on the highway in 6th gear rollin at 14-1500 RPM...it rocks....get about 20-23 overall avg a tank (not counting the tank of gas I use while racing, this is typical work week, even then it's not bad).

Your not reading, look at the previous messages i said Whp not Chp..
A 12sec 1/4 mile car for a DD that get 30mpg is plenty.
The C5 is what i'm going crazy on..
