Heads, cams, intake, pistons, rods, crank, exhaust, ignition, fuel system, aspiration, and a few other minor parts.

Other than that, they are identical.

How true! Although this is off topic, it sort of reminds me of that thread regarding.....which do you prefer, turbocharging or supercharging? It amazed me how many "knowledgeable people" posted, who had no personal experience with either power adder. That thread isn't just a fountain of misinformation, it's a gyser! Sorry for hijacking.

BTW for future refrence, ford doesnt make a 350 thats a chevy motor. Ford has the 351 so if the next time a stang says it has a 350 you can laugh in its face.

I'm not quite sure what you are saying, but my point was in response to his comment that "next time a stang says it has a 350 you can laugh in its face." As you all know, a Shelby from the 60's says "GT350" on its rocker panel even tough it has a 289.
