Nothing beats real power Vs Bottle power. Hell its like Viagra its never there when you need it.
real power vs. bottle would be N/A not a super/turbocharger! im going to go spray myself. my next rebuild will put 500rwhp and a 150 shot will just help if i run up to a monster.

Ddue i would love to go turbo and shit but, in the real world spray is alot cheaper, build a 402 make 500rwhp and then put a 200 shot on there is alot cheaper then building the motor and then putting a turbo on there, buy like 4-5 thousand.

Eh I just helped build a 600+rwhp kit for a 5.0 for about 4 grand for eveything, that was on 12psi, so if he pushed 20psi it would be 700rwhp. But yes my dream setup would be around 10k jsut for the turbo setup

This wasnt a kit, i wouldnt buy a kit, just a turbo intercooler, headers, BOV or wastegate, and gather piping, they charge alot more for complete kits, than if you would just put on together yourself.

If you go turbo its def cheaper to build a kit Vs. Buying a kit. You usually can find good deals on turbo's if someone is in need or if they are dumb and try running too much PSI and blow it sky high.

When I go to the track and hear a turbo in the burnout box!!!! Damn its worth every dime!!!

I hate 5.0's with a passion. The track I run at there is like 30 that run there. and 28 of them run nitrous. Bastards, But the other two one has a procharger kit and one has a single turbo setup. Both are nice and draw my attention more.

I run a single turbo inline 6 skyline engine in my 240sx pushing 400WHP at the moment. Soon to be 750WHP on my turbo upgrade, But I have only been beat twice at the track by a V8 and they both were on nitrous, Motor to Motor Would have been no competition.

There has been 2 WS6's run there and they both were in the 7.90's 1/8th mile No nitrous. Had a Lt1 firebird supercharged show up runnin 6.16 @ 118mph, Fastest Street driving GM I have seen there.

I think he is mad because you can get an ls1 car for 7k and put 1k into it and it will whoop a 25k cobra.

u can get an ls1 for 7k but itll have high milage. U can add a nitrous kit for $500 but sooner or later ur gonna break something. And mind you for less than a $1,000 you can get a cobra into the 11's with the worse driver out their. MEAN CARS, but i still love my bird.

took my stock motor apart after running 200+ shots throught it. still looked new. put new bearings and rings and put in a friend's car. he's pushing 180 direct port through it now.

I could probalby find someone that has put more than that through a stock block and not blown it up. Yet. And someone else that only runs 100, but blew it up in very short order. It's a roll of the dice, most especially with brittle, cast pistons.

But they are your dice. Do as you wish.
