so the guy told you his cobra was an auto and you saw the purge button next to his shifter. why would he tell you it was an auto??
and cobras are not dyno queens at all, so that was a stupid statement.

Cobras arent dyno queens, other than being a little heavey they do waht they should with the power they have. Its not like there makeing 700rwhp and running high 11s low 12s like some cars ive seen.

with 425rwhp i ran 11.90 and the race weight was 3870lbs with me in it.
and some people call them dyno queens.

IMO there isn't anything wrong with using spray or FI. So by that way of thinking a top fuel dragster isn't interesting because it uses nitro-methane. Does that make it "artificial muscle" also? Sounds like a kick ass setup IMO.

Lol nos is liek a horsepower payment plan sure you pay less now than if you were to buy a turbo or supercharger setup but once a week or so you gotta make a 50 dollar payment to fill that bottle. If you race alot and refill the bottle once a week for a year you spent 2600. Dollars that year that plus the Nos setup is about the cost of a turbo kit. I know alot of kids around here who fill up twice a week. Its also about how your motor is setup too but this weekend i ran into a kid making 15psi on a 76mm trim hybrid turbo with a 10 to 1 comp ratio. With meth injection gonna be makeing 20psi on 10 to1. That car was just well tuned. As for me im saving for that motor bore and single Turbo setup hopefully done by next summer.

True to a point. My motor was built to handel the nitrous. So when I flip the switches I can have 150- 300(what ever jets I have it set as) extra hp plus all that nitrous torque instantly with no spool time. I was wanting to do F1 Procharger but nitrous is more effective to me.

There always something faster out there, ive been in 700+rwhp and get smoked by 900+rwhp cars on the street lol, at 700rwhp you think you got the fastest shit on the street there always some millionaire old guy whos got like 300 more hp than you ITS NEVER ENOUGH.

Your car is one of my favorites ive seen on this site! good kill man. this is a little off the subject, but my dads one friend has a terminator and just hit 199mph on a street track. he only needs 7 more mph to beat the mustang record of 206. Ford just gave him a bunch of parts for free and he is going to adjust a few things and bring it to the salt flats. Its pretty badass car. My fav color, chameleon.
