Mexicans rolling back mileage in Ga
I’ve been on the lookout for a new van for about 7 years 04-06 chevy 1500 express yf7 upfitter explorer conversion they are hard to find.
I thought I would consider a lesser van and actually talked to the seller who talked me out of it mainly due to extreme high milage 312K. on a 5.3.

Any way I now see this same van for sale at 3 times what the seller sold it for.
The mexican seller has rolled the milage back to 130K probablley swapped guage clusters.
I thought I read something that when a cluster is swapped the odometer must be set to the old odometers milage is this true or false?

This is a 04 express, is the milage exempt on the title? Is it illegal to swap guage clusters
Basically rolling back milage.
I bet this mex never even got it registered in his name and the orginale seller will get the blame?

By law the cluster must be set to the correct mileage or a sticker of sorts be put on the door jam with the replacement mileage. It's now a TMU vehicle and value follows that of an R title
Not all Mexicans do this. Plenty of White assholes do this at a rate I'm sure outpaces any minority group
