I have about 30 bottles of wine on my counter. I never drink at home, only when I go out....which is regularly enough.

I've just learned to eat and drink pretty much what I want but in moderation. A little here and a little there is better than none at all for things I really like.

I did that when I quit. I was still racing BMX in my 30's while smoking though

By chance, was it Red, Red Wine?

My wine habit has faltered a bit. Just too tired by the time I get to that point in the evening anymore.

Friday was a great day. I was scheduled for an all day trial in a farm divorce with a shit ton of assets and two people that couldn't agree if it was day or night out. Fortunately, it settled at 4:35 p.m. on Thursday. Once the pressure and uncertainty of trial started to mount, the husband doubled his previous settlement offer... and that ended it.

Incredibly rare in our area - I may prepare one prenup a year, sometimes two.

I think it's probably rare in general. Most people don't think they're needed....but the divorce rate is at like what now, 65% for first-time marriages and higher for 2nd or 3rd lol.

ah...don't sell yourself short. There's plenty of other slimy shit you could be doing to people to take their savings. I bet you really hate not being in the reverse mortgage game.
