Black/Inferno Orange- 2010 Camaro
New guy from Colorado
Howdy all,
Last fall I traded in my 97 V6 Firebird Convertible for a 2010 2SS/RS Camaro. The guys on the V6 boards recommended I come here and see if there was any interest in selling a set of sub frame connectors I never installed on the 97. I've finally gotten off my lazy butt and registered on here, but seemingly cant post for sale yet. I've been a long time lurker as I've had F bodies almost as long as I've had a drivers license. Started with a 75 TA, then an 84 Z28 before the 97 Firebird.
This 5th gen is a completely different animal from the F bodies of old, so I imagine I'll be on the boards alot trying to get up to speed. In the meanwhile, if someones interested in a set of BMR SFC's or a BMR strut tower brace that fits the early 4th gen convertible let me know.
Thanks for having me!

Yeah, figured as much. Don't want spammers from who knows what country coming here and scamming people!

Welcome! A friend just acquired a 2010 fifth gen so I am hoping I can go for my first ride in one soon. Has to be a night and day difference from the '97 six banger you traded.

That's an understatement! The 6 cylinder auto wasn't my 1st choice. Bought it in 2004 for my wife.. I figured she needed a little economical convertible, might as well be an Fbody too. Few years later my Z28 was in pieces, had 2 kids and had to get rid of one of f-bodies. I picked the one that ran, didn't have time or money to put the Z back together.
It's definitely nice to be back in a V8 with 3 pedals.
