Snow, to Sleet, to Freezing Rain, to just Plain Rain all headed my way tomorrow can't fucken wait.

Some crazy shit happened on one of our roads we take care of this morning. FedEx truck rear ended a car stopped for a school bus shoved the car into a pole snaping it off falling on the FedEx truck then another jeep lost control hitting the car in the pole. Now here is where it gets even crazier. After the emergency crew arrived a Dump Truck came around the turn (to fast) couldn't get stoped went through a yard and hit a female EMT killing Her. What a horrible accident. Working on roads for a living I see this shit where everyone is in a giant f**kin hurry for nothing and some innocent mother, father, wife, husband, sister, brother ends up dead for no reason! In PA we lost 84 workers since 1979. So the next time you enter a construction zone or emergency scene SLOW DOWN the extra minute or two won't kill You.

We had a couple of incidents like that recently...one was because a lady and her son got out of her car to help an overturned car. 18 wheeler came flying down the highway going way too fast, hit the ice and snow, couldn't stop and ran them both over.

I don't know what it is lately, but I haven't been able to get any restful sleep. It's not due to inactivity. I'm dead tired when I get home at the end of the day. Thinking, always thinking...
