Could be in the ignition switch, a short in the wiring or the starter itself. Any hint that something was going wrong, or did it just start doing this? Pull the starter relay out of the fuse box and then touch the battery with the jumper cables... any change?

yeah i tried that i pulled that relay out it it was still doing the same thing but befor i knew starter was going bad cuz when i tried starting it it was just a crazy loud spinning whine but than i tried again it would whine and even after i took the key out of the ignition it would be still whining like that but now the starter is catching and just want to start on its own when it gets some juice

By pulling the relay, you eliminate the key switch and relay as the issue, either of which could have been stuck. Probably the starter or the wiring to the starter.

Check the 2 wires that go to the starter. 1 is a very thick wire from the battery. The other is fairly small by comparison. Maybe you hit something in the road, or 1 of them came loose. If those 2 wires are touching, the starter will spin all by itself as if you were trying to start it. If the wires are where they are suppose to be and are tight, then you need to replace the starter. It's not a hard job really. 2 bolts hold the starter in place, and there are only 2 wires going to it. Make sure when you tighten the small wires you don't over tighten the small bolt. It breaks off really easy and you will need to get yet another starter if you over tighten it and break it off. Good luck.
