Greetings. Wind picked up out here about a half hour after I went to bed. Heard a scratching noise against the house that sounded like a critter at first. Then figured it must be a bush or tree up against the wall. Turned out this morning that it was a string of dragonfly lights. They're no longer hanging... ugh.

Long story short: I had problems with my 5-year polygraph and the government decided I was a terrorist. They took all of my computers and stripped me of my clearances. That was in August. I decided to utilize the truck I bought in January to start a business in auto hauling. It's going ok for now.

Looks like some airbags would be a good investment for ya, J. We run them on all of our service trucks (loaded all the time, after 3 months or so they start sagging pretty bad) and they help hold the trucks up nice and level.

Yeah, they're on my list of things to buy.

Got most of my garage cleaned up and insulated this weekend. Still got 3/4 of a long wall left and what few bays there are across the front where the big doors are. Insulating is going fast and is easy, the problem is all the cleaning and organizing that has needed done forever and takes the longest.

Watching Good Morning America this morning, they were talking about the gunman in LA at the airport. Their animated recreation of his path through the airport depicted a man carrying an assault rifle with an undermount grenade launcher. If anyones paid any attention to the news, the gun didn't even have one, and the rear sight wasnt even flipped up What the fuck media, youre drunk, go home.

wow...I had a clearance for a couple of years and never heard of anything like that...I worked with a guy who was practically a felon in a previous life and he still had a secret clearance...never understood how they go about assigning them to people.
