Those are directional tires, they need to be pointing the right way...so if he was driving in the rain with the front tires backwards it's no wonder it got away from him.

Did he ever rotate the tires? If so you need to keep the tires on the same side, front to back and back to front, not side to side.

Yeah my best friend's SRT8 gets like 14-16mpg I believe...regardless of how he drives it.

I have a 2001 Camaro B4C (Black Hard top) for sale. 9k OBO .. all stock minus a set of SS wheels. Stocks are with the car too (buyers choice).

Thanks again guys.we just had a talk about what type of vechile my son would like to have and the first thing came out of his mouth was another camaro. so i told him what about a truck. he said what kind of truck and i told him a Trailblazer. I said like the one you was looking at before you got the camaro. So we are going to look at one tommorrow when he get off of work.

I agree glad both your sons are ok. he's upset but a car can be replaced. I hit black ice in my 78 LE Mans. doing 20 mph had th 350 shifted into 2nd gear spun 4 times into a tree felt like I was doing 60 from the force and looks of it. never know thank god there ok.
