^^^Yep, just having a little fun with ya. Do your exhaust mod, then you'll be happier.
That was a fun drive yesterday, I ran into some rain at along 59 and 42 though.

Removed my heads because the stupid pen magnet snapped in half when trying to pull one of the lifters up and I figured I would replace the gaskets on both and install arp head bolts.

Yeah we had fun. The guy on the Harley trike was eyeballing the cars.
We drove each others cars so we could 1) see our car from a different perspective 2) hear our own car from behind 3)just for the hell of it also! Both are 6 speeds., I'm jealous of how clean Ron's car is inside compared to mine but I know he wants my subs.

I can see why you get the complimnents. Our cars are 10-14 years old now, and getting more rare. I've noticed an uptick of compliments the past couple years.

Had the Trans Am at the local Ford garage yesterday for an inspection. It drew a crowd as soon as they rolled it into the shop.

I agree, I get tons of compliments. I had 2 high school girls compliment me on the car on 2 separate drive through runs last week. It seems like the styling is timeless on our T/A's.

Yep, couldn't get out if the 12's. 1.86 60 ft was the best all night. Car was hot though and the air temp was about 86. I drove the car there.

I know it's a ways out, but things look good weatherwise for next weekend.
BTW: Chris, I got up on the Interstate and made two WOT pulls this morning. Car seems to shift fine and the PCM reports that the TPS is at 100% when it is to the floor.

I only drive my T/A on the week-ends. Me and my girl headed out and snagged a coffee and went on our usual Saturday cruise. I had a teen-age fuzzy haired punk roll up on me in a later model 350z that his daddy must have bought him, needless to say I smoked his ass by a couple car lengths, the look on his face was priceless. It surprises me how some of the kids these days disrespect our f-bodys and think there gonna shit on them just cause they have a newer sports cars, these things really hold their own for 10-14 muscle cars. The compliments out weigh the haters though. I agree with Too Fast's post above, I have noticed more looks and compliments the past couple years as these cars have gotten older and more rare. I have even had people at gas stations "mostly younger people" ask me what my car was. Lol

My bird is a vindictive jealous bitch.
Last 48 hrs I've had to replace:
the drivers window, window lift bar on Friday (got lucky didn't have to pay for because the shop broke the window) and yesterday after helping a friend prepping his Camaro for a engine swap into a roller my bird decides to fry the battery.
I wanted to do an oil change but that's out because I used the $$ for the battery.
Now I need to detail the car because it's been a few months (of rain every damn day) since I last clay bar and wax.

LoL! WOW what a coincidence, while i was returning home from lake charles louisiana some guy in a newer 370 z kept trying to get me to race him,he kept coming on side of me reving his lil 3.5 v6 engine and pulling off fast so i can race him,but i just laughed it off, eventually he became furious and went to taunt a newer model mustank that was two cars ahead, then later on that day i get a guy in a suped up scion rev his engine at me i was like you cant be serious i should have spanked that ass for him but it would have been a waste of time and gas,i agree with all you guys these t/a's are timeless the compliments never stop im happy to own such a well admired muscle car like this,IMO i think the 4th gens are the best t/a's ever
