16 years that's impressive. I always notice a ride improvement on fresh tread and tires that aren't a few years old. Always felt age with weather hardens them some, plus the obvious of having less tread makes a harsher ride as well. My far has NT555 in the factory square size all around, feels so much better.

I figure it doesn’t eat much, and the only problems I have had with them is the valves getting clogged. I have a rotable pool that I switch out, and then clean out. I just forgot to stock the gaskets the last time I pulled them off of the (then) exhaust manifolds.

I’m more worried about what the lack of a pcv valve oil separator, than anything the secondary air injection would do. I figure I am buying my E2 for my birthday, next month, with my travel pay.

Secondary air is simply excess weight on the front of the car, more spaghetti under the hood, and one more thing to trip the SES light.

Got my Procharger from FedEx today. Placed the order through Brute Speed and I'm very happy so far. Of all the companies that advertise carrying the ATI products, Bob clearly knew what he was selling, which can not be said for many of the other vendors. Ordered the HO kit with the new P-1X head, helical cut gears, and polished plenum. Arrived in a week. Very shiny! Install will be delayed a little while I order the Racetronix fuel pump and install that first along with fresh belts and plugs. Want to ensure everything is up to the task before pushing the extra air. At first inspection the kit looks really well thought out and does seem to include everything from new injectors, a tuner, wiring harness, and all the other bits I'll need plus stickers and a license plate frame, 'cus you absolutely have to have stickers and a license plate frame for a kit to be complete. Looking forward to many happy hours in the garage.

If that’s all that is tripping up my SES light, I’ll take it.

And my rear o2’s are fully functional too.

Which part you mean by Housings? Not the whole honeycomb lens assembly, right?

Hi. Nice car! I like your add-on gauge pack. I have stock 30th Ann ws6 TAm, and want a mature looking gauge pack, not really for racing or dragging, but for extra protect on coolant overheating, oil pressure, oil temp, etc. Saleen had a nice one for Mustangs that sat right on dash and looked factory. Any ideas? Bonus: do any you guys use a performance gadget to measure 0-60, g- forces, film and show gear change, Rpm s when racing like on some YouTube vids at the track road courses? Thanks!

    2016 Camaro SS - Summit
    2001 Trans Am WS6 - NBM

Pretty sure the WS6 is having solder issues in the BCM. She is having random issues with radio not coming on and windows not working upon startup. From my searches, it looks to be a fairly common issue with some decent write-ups. Luckily, I bought a brand new soldering kit from our local Radio Shack when they were liquidating ($75 down to $20). Yet another fun little issue I get to tackle. Hoping that the dead passenger window is tied to this to, but I still plan to do the Autotrix fix anyway.

^^ Color change or just freshening things up?

Prepped the Trans Am for the track outing this weekend.

well was just freshening it up, but the color isn't quite the same as original, the best I could do is a shade or two off.

Photobucket has become A-holes. They want you to pay for 3party sharing. So if you want to post do it with FlickR or another one like it.

I've been downloading my pics so I can re-establish the links for the self- help pics on the tech threads I've done.

BCM, is that what this issue is caused by? My car does this. My radio bezel has a broken tab, I figured it was due to an aftermarket head unit from the previous owner. Since the radio would die out and kill the power windows.
