That's really cool,, I just installed one of those on my car Sat. Same design and I have the side splitters and canards coming this week to round out the package. One of these days I'll learn how to post pics and when I do I'll post them. Did you use the short or the long spacers in the front?

Please post how the micro switch works.

I blew up my LS1 2.5 yrs ago because I missed the line lock release on what was to be a roll out. Bounced off the rev limiter twice.

The toggle switch in the ashtray "arms" the LL circuit! The "switch" on the shifter is a "momentary" switch, it only "makes" when pushed! Just let it go, no click, just the solenoid closing when pushed, opening when released! 😊

The SLP kit only has a toggle to close and open the solenoid! The SJM kit makes the circuit live or dead with the solenoid activated by the momentary switch!

And yes, I gotta pay better attention the my "Rs"!😳 I bounced off the rev limiter a couple of times...but the LL worked flawlessly!☺️

I'm using SJM's ABS delete kit. Since mine is a 3chnl system it will not work with my 8.8. If I had 4 chnl it wouldn't be an issue.

I'll see if he'll send me the switch. And yeah I do have the SLP LL.

Had a belt squeal. Replaced all 3 belts with Gatorbacks (now they are continental) What a pain in the a$$ when you have a procharger, BUT I may have gotten lucky they were squealing. While I was under the car removing the blower, my water pump was leaking, This may have been the original cause of the belts squealing from the antifreeze dripping all over the pulleys. So at least I was home and not down OC hotrod week when said leak was discovered.

I need one bad that looks great, I've looked around and didn't really like what was out there and even tried messing with a template to make one but lost interest. I also painted my intake really perks up the look of the motor

THANKS! I made it myself, hand laid the piece out of fiberglass for the holes I used the sweep from what you would put on a house door to help from seeing stuff under them. The black edging is gone I took out gaps on the bends

I'm actually disappointed thought I finally found one I would buy

Not sure I was at a car show and the lady let me grab a few that I thought might work and liked that one the best. It was a red center but took it apart and painted it black
