My son's GP is fun to drive. unless he plan on drifting the car, it wouldn't be a handicap on fun. Burn outs would be interesting....

I really like our CTS4 and would recommend one for a family cruiser. Even with the smaller 3.0 it runs well and I can turn almost 28 mpg in the summers when we trip the car. Used models with low miles are really reasonable imo compared to what they cost new.

We pulled my 10 bolt this afternoon. But ran out of time before my buddy had to close up his shop and leave. Hopefully will have my S60 installed Monday.

Well good news is it hasn't sold. Don't have to sell it. One of two "familymobiles" Was just hoping to get something I could enjoy with the whole family, not just the wife and myself. I'd love a G8 but just doesn't suit the classic car to work on with my boys that I'm looking for. If it's meant to be, it'll magically appear. Until then, the TA lives on! Still have 3.73 gear to put in and some other misc things I'd like to do with it.

Well yea after dropping $26 bills on the rear I can't afford tires also....
I would love to try them and eventually I want to get a set of Nittos to throw on my stock rims and bring with me. I almost had a set from a guy on Tech for a song but some one else jumped me. I was none to happy with the guy.....

Got the S60 rear end installed and everything bolted together. Test drove the car for a few minutes. Since last time driving it. I've had the S60, stage 2 monster clutch, Racetronix fuel pump and varying other maintenence stuff done. Still got an issue with the exhaust. I modified the Texas speed dual exhaust hangers to tuck it up closer to the floor in the rear with the old 10 bolt and now if the car is on a lift or jack stands the exhaust is being pushed down by the rear. So gotta have those lengthened a little bit.

Nice thing is since I went with 3.73s my speedo is only off by 4 mph. So i won't worry about that till I do a full dyno tune. The new gears really seem to wake it up.
