Got ours out yesterday for what might be the last ride of the season. So cool to open up the cutout and crack on it coming up our hill.

Well Jer, you have a pretty good reason NOT to be driving yours. Iam sure if some son of a b$$ch ran me off the road, my car would prob be down a lot longer then 2 yrs. You def have come a long way in a short time.

Iam with ohTwo. I never put my TA away for the winter. You gotta take it out on the days that are dry and clear, topless, and windows down. Actually the colder weather is better cause the car feels like it makes 100 more HP!!!! Side ways all the way!! LOL

New water pump/stat and fluids. Was a lot more cash that I had spend at this time of year. Hey at least now I swapped out the 160 stay for some stock auto parts store one my heat works some times. Not that it's cold in tx but when it's 45 I hate wearing a coat if I go for a long ride. Now the money was spend I wish I would have put it off until few bit I am trying to keep my 13 ram under 10k miles a year. But the YA rides rougher, seats sucks, but soo much fun.

Not really bragging, well not much anyway. Just an interesting feeling making the transition from pure collector car to nicely maintained used car. I bought it a couple years ago with just under 7K. Uncle Sam has kept me busy with one of those long vacations to Afghanistan that involved 6 months of prep, a year in the box, 3 months on this end closing everything out. Got back home and immediately moved to DC. Not exactly a commuter car (need 3 for the HOV and no adult wants to fold up into the back seat). So, weekends only hence the slow roll on the odometer.

Took mine out for about a 35 mile trip- my December run with no t-tops on. I was wearing a hoodie and had the heater cranked as it was about 37 when I was driving.

I am guessing they were trying to do a batch order and were waiting for enough sales before sending it off to the fabricator. Although it was originally supposed to have been delivered at the beginning of Oct.
