Took the "Surfer" to Bowling Green, Ohio for a big car show 370 cars there in 18 different classes. I was in the 2000 and older class and was lucky enough to take 2nd place.

Almost done. Should be ready Monday or Tuesday. Then on to my garage for suspension upgrades. They had better detail my engine bay before I get it back. With only 38k miles on it, she was very "CLEAN" to say the least.

Side note*......thats one clean shop!! Nice to see,thats usually a good indication of a good business.

I looked at a few shops before I choose this one. Seen some of their work and the final decision was in fact just what you said....."one clean shop"

Hey John, seeing all this new suspension equipment, sparked a question: Do your present suspension components sound as if they are going to fall out from underneath the car when you go over a bump or hit a hole? Mine sounds like the lower control arms, the rearend link to the transmission mount has lost all their bushings...almost like metal to metal. Does anyone elses sound like that?

mine did especially the tranny mount, but I replaced most of the bushings. and already replaced the control arms, panhard bar, springs, and shocks I do however get a bang occasionally when I go over a bump or a strange creaking noise when I an making a sharp turn in reverse

Yep, that's a major sign that the bushings are going out. It could also be the bolt that holds the stock T/A in place on the tranny has backed out.
