If the 102mm TB is indeed 4", the stocker should fit. My 90mm is 4" and my stocker fit fine until I got rid of my MAF. I now run a 4" straight tube from my Lid to my TB.
My suggestion...do a MAF Delete and get a Speed Density Tune.

That's along the lines of what I would do as well. Getting into larger throttle bodies like that, I can't see leaving the smaller stock MAF in there. I'd either do a larger MAF or delete it for a speed density tune to keep the air intake track uniform.
In any event, there are companies out there that make very nice adaptors in silicone, in various colors as well to go to just about any size you desire.
That's the route I went when I did an LT1 retro swap in a jeep with a speed density tune, was easier to make a custom intake track that way.

home depot performance, plumbing section
fernco sewer drain reducer
think its 4'' to 3.5''
comes with hose clamps
$7.95+tax
had to trim a slight bit away at the top so it would sit even but not much.

Plumber
I can vouch for anyone using or wanting to use a "Fernco" for a bellows/charge pipes.. Those rubber couplings are designed to handle just about anything a person can think of to put down a drain.. I've seen it all too.. They are also sturdy enough to hold a full lengths of vertical cast iron pipe, stacked.. The clamps are made of stainless. Both the clamps and the Fernco are made to last a max of 100+ years in a residential wall..

Ya,,,too bad it isn't curved to make the transition smoothly from the MAF to the throttle body like the aftermarket bellows are.
I've got one of each on our 4th gens, 1 SLP bellow and 1 Home Depot special. I had to do some fancy trimming on the plumber version to fit it right, and I still don't care for the look of it.
Personally I'd rather spend more money for a better fitting bellow, or one of the aftermarket union silicone versions made for constructing various pipings/turbo setups etc...They are made in any diameter you desire. To each their own.

Personally, I think the Fernco mod looks out of place.

I saw the 4 to 3 at home depot but I didnt think it would be long enough. I bought a 4 stuck that on the throttle body and the ran the stock bellow off the maf.

Naa that's not what I meant.
The angle of the lid points downward at about 30 degrees. The throttle body points straight forward. So the bellow has to curve to make the transition. I didn't find that very easy with the fernco since it's molded completely straight and it doesn't flex easily, had to trim at an angle to get it to slip on, and it's still not to my liking. Still gives the appearance of wanting to pop off if the engine rocked enough. So far it's fine though.
That's where the SLP bellow on my other car gets the vote. It's molded to make that curve and looks like it belongs.
I had pictures of both side by side in another thread to show the difference, it's obvious when they are viewed together.
