good race man! So sad when you do so much to a car and your neck and neck with a nearly stock 2002 camaro.

I saw on Horsepower Tv were they had a 05 or newer stang with just exhuast pulled almost 270 rwhp just the muffler i think it was and then they hooked up a 125 shot of nitrous and pulled about 335-340 rwhp. Which is low for a 125 shot but it could've been a dry shot and no tune. Either way I love LS1's, still after this many years Ford had to either come out with the termi's to beat us or the new 2011 Mustang with the 5.0. Races like this comfirms why i bought my Camaro, for the money its hard to find anything better, you can pick them up for fairly cheap and mod the crap out of them with a good starting point and easily get 330+rwhp with bolt ons. LT1's are great as well and got more money to spend since you can pick them up for less. There are other cars out there that are great as well but in the end i always come back and by another camaro.

Exactly I totally thought he was going to blow me out of the water and me with my "stock sounding POS" as the guy in the stang calls it beat his mustang with a full tank of gas and the ttops off lol

Beat me to the dice comment. Very nice runs.
From the videos, I would say that the 2 cars are very close together, and it might be a drivers race. They both sound great. Seems like the Stang had a better reaction time, off the line, which is understandable while your holding a camera. Other than that, very close.

blacker than wesleysnipes- 98' trans am
if you are looking at 10s you might want to look into duals or a 4" catback...also i am not sure how long and deep into the numbers you will get until the pacesetters become a bottleneck

And that's how racing is, real men race from a dig.
That sums up 99% of street racing, stop light to stop light. If you can't pull in front after 2 or 3 gears or buy the time you reach 60-70 then it's pretty much over anyway.
Eh, that's not the way to win a race from a dig. I've beat cars to the end of a quarter mile that trap 125+ mph with my car only hitting 111 mph,,,only because I 60 foot better. Doesn't matter he made more power, I made it to the line first.
My hat's off to ya 10 spokes, for racing from a dig even if it put you at a disadvantage. Work on things to 60 foot that car and the outcome on the street would be different. That's the only way I'll play on the street, leave the higher speeds to a controlled environment.

Heads and cams? Yea okay keep telling urself that. He probally had an exhaust and intake and thats it. Full exhaust (longtubes) cams and heads will put the 3V's around 350rwhp.
Ur just jealous cus ur Camaro looks like a Sebring
