Anyone else having trouble with Youtube?

I was wondering if this is a connection issue or a problem on their end, but everytime I try to view a video on youtube, it'll go for about three seconds, pause, then this white circle of dots comes up, then it'll go on for another few seconds and stop. This has been going on for a week or so. I have Comcast internet and I've rebooted the box a few times but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

This happens with me as I have dialup. Although there are times when I will watch a vid and either I can watch the vid after it loads or I will get the blue screen of death.

That used to happen to me too ALL the time, before I got another computer. Now I can't watch anything on youtube with out the "ringworm". It takes forever to load. I swear, I guess I'll call Dumcast again and see if they can do anything about it (HAHA!!). They have had to credit me for three weeks of non-service in the past six weeks for cable and internet. I really hate them.
I'd get direct tv but noone around here seems to like it any better and then I'd have to get internet through AT&T. There's no way to win
