I see now. I guess I didn't know what that slot was for. Cool!

Hows the sound quality on those kickers? I bet its loud as hell but can it still get deep and musical? I found a deal on some l7 10s but I wanted to upgrade from what I have now to some fi q 12's because they would just drop in.

I wanted one of the t top boxes from sub thump but I couldn't see spending that much on a box. They do look great though if you have the money.

I'm nowhere near done. I have Pioneer PRS components in the front doors and Kicker CVT's in the sails. really really really need to dump the CVT's and put another set of PRS components in the sails instead and get a sub in a stealth enclosure for the hatch. Hopefully in time for summer

For now... here is my head unit.

The sound quality was really good, and it did but to be honest those subs were too big for that box...so id say ten would be nice they still hit hard and most tens can hit those lower freqs....my box was 250

well for starter my amp is the p3000.1 from Massive. the subs are RE Audio and are pushing 1000 rms each. second pic is my deck which is Alpine...not sure exactly which one but if anyone wants to know i can find out. and the third picture is a 4-gauge wire from the 220 amp alternator to the battery. i had to buy that alternator so the amp can even have enough power to stay on the whole time. the only thing that is not there is the 4-farad cap that i just bought i just havent put it in cause my T/A is in the garage for the winter. so anyone wants to know anymore feel free to ask

no, weather hasn't been sufficient to take the t-tops off, but it's supposed to warm up somewhat this week, and I'll see about taking a shot with them stored....

until then, here's a link to view how it's supposed to work... http://www.subthump.com/acamarottop.htm

+1...it's nice to have your system in there and still have storage for the tops. i guess i'm more curious to the underneath area of the subs and how the tops fit in there without damaging eachother

since the weather hasn't been good, I haven't put mine in there yet. To get the box to fit correctly, you have to take the factory t-top holders out, and there's just enough room for them to slide down below the box. I believe on the site, it recommends putting a towel between them, but I don't think you have to worry about them shifting, as the slot doesn't appear to provide room for movement once they are stored...If & when the weather gets prettier, I'll take mine off and see how it goes, and post up pics & the results...
