Bottom end is done! Everything is measured, mic-ed ... my instructor was extremely impressed by my block - for 113k +/- ... my crank has virtually no wear on it whatsoever, still at factor specs

    polished crank

    new big ol' cam

... today staying after work to assemble my heads and install my pistons ... maybe degree my cam?

I can't wait to get off work today and bury myself in the garage......but high winds and 20° outside so I guess I need to take afew minutes with a bunch of plastic and the staple gun to seal in some heat.....gotta love a 200 year old garage

that's what i'm thinking. unless i go to GM, not a big deal cuz my dad knows the parts manager real well and he hooks it up but it's a 30 mile drive and no time = no good.

i don't know where i lost it! the springs/locks/retainers/valves were all in a small box together on my futon in the garage and then i put them in the truck two nights ago and now poof, gone. hmm. oh well, i'll find some
