I'm not acting like a know it all, I'm just stating facts.
As for your comments about 300hp evos getting walked by stock ls1's I don't have a clue, nor do I care.
I care about my car, my numbers, and my races.
I'm sorry that you hate 4 bangers so much, maybe next time I'm in Jersey we can hang out and ill give you a ride in mine so you can see how much fun they are despite the things you don't like.
One thing you need to face though is that the 4g63 and the ls1 are VERY similar. They are both highly sought after, they both are very stout and they both gain power for virtually no money. So how about acting respectful for a day and suprising the hell out of everyone?

If you get the spray you should have no problem... a fully bolted stage 2 car with a tune and a good driver will only go about 113ish. You should surpass that with nitrous no doubt

Isnt the top speed of the SRT4 around a 153 MPH if so, shouldnt this mean I could easily take him from a roll of 30 to 150 with me starting in 1st gear.

You have 308rwhp right now? 75 should be plenty. Like I said, even if he does go Stage II by the time you guys race, he'd need to spend 1000-1500 to get it up to 300whp. If you're already over 300whp with 75 on top of that, it's over. That'd be my opinion, anyway.
In all honesty, the dude is lying to begin with...and second, doesn't seem to know the best and more efficient way to mod his skittle. Beat his ass and report back to us.

He has a lot of money in looks not speed it seems, he lowered, settin on 18s, carbon fiber hood, fake carbon fiber accented everything, and a massive sound system in a giant fiberglass box. I found found out now the only real mods are the stage 1 kit, K&n typhoon CAI, different blow off valve, and side exit exhaust.

with my tune I should get close to 335-340 rwhp or so the tuner says with my mods.

Ugh, he has a Typhoon CAI? With all that extra weight (sound equipment), he'll be at least a hundred pounds heavier, I'm guessing. Stage I, as Stone pointed out, is simply bigger injectors and a flashed PCM. Without an aftermarket WGA or upgraded stock WGA, it's worthless.
The CAI is garbage, won't do shiz. Our stock intakes are good up to about 400hp.
His BOV is pointless, since he's running stock boost.
Side exit is about the only HP adder as long as it's 3" and turbo back.
Let's assume 'the worst' in this case. With Stage I and exhaust, he'd be putting down...230-240whp (at the most). If he goes Stage II, that's even bigger injectors, another PCM flash and WGA. With toys, he'll get an intercooler sprayer as well as HOM (High Octane Mode). With HOM activated, he's looking at 275-285whp (with his exhaust) and about 300-310wtq.
So, it'd come down to:
285whp/310wtq (best case scenario with him) vs. 340rwhp/3??wtq (yours)
I'm still saying you'll wind. I usually try not to judge people based on little information, but what I know about this guy isn't flattering. He's already lied, he's ricing his car out with CF, talking trash and adding TONS of sound equipment. His choice in mods are also laughable. Run the 100 shot and smoke him.
