Since moved on to a ported and shimmed pump for the 402.

actually you are not aerodynamically limited to the stock limiter but may be hp limited,since the TA body has done 197 by ligenfelter.(4th gen)

probably worse. i'd just play it safe and only speed like that on interstates. through town is too risky imo.

The highest i've hit is 145 MPH, had to slow down cause I was coming up on traffic on the interstate. But from what i've been told the top speed is 167 MPH. I've never read an official top speed. And I had no problems with my T-Tops at that speed, I don't get it when people complain about them. Guess mine are just good. The weather stripping is still in great shape, even though unfortunately I don't have a garage for my car. Mine lock in nice and tight too.
