Actually yes, They are like Salmon in texture. We are going to try a couple of different ways to see what way we like most.
1st attempt was pan fried and while the family was ok with it, my stomach didn't like too much. I have to watch what I eat and more importantly how it's cooked. I had to have stomach surgery couple of years ago and since then certain foods and means of cooking effect me.

In high school one of my friends Dad gave his Doberman some beer at this BBQ. OMG he cleared the entire house out. Upstairs and downstairs, nowhere was immune. What made it so bad was he couldn't leave the dog outside cause there was no fence.

We have had some pretty hot days this summer. 95+ with heat indexes in the 100s. Thank goodness we bought that pontoon boat. Wisconsin River FTW.

Leaving for VA beach via PA tomorrow. Going to pa for 2 nights first to get camper ready for travel then head out Sunday for 2 weeks. Truck has been nothing but a pain in my ass for a month so there's pretty much zero chance we get out and back without an issue. We're gone 2 weeks....I don't even remember the last time I went 2 weeks without working on it. Currently shopping for another truck but it ain't happening between now and tomorrow so we got what we got. Taking tools, AAA card, and plenty of beer. Figure those 3 things will get me through anything.

Been a busy ass week here. We went to the cruise in Thursday night with the Camaro and had a good time. That was the only outing of the week that I would call "fun". I ordered up a pile of parts for the Jeep finally and will begin work in earnest next week. Going to adjust the valves, swap out the radiator and hoses, remove the crank pulley to see if I can address a wobble on the outermost pulley, pull the plugs, change out some vacuum lines, swap out the oil pan and front cover gaskets, change the oil, and then go to work on the brake system. Lots to do.
