im not trying to be a dick but you dont know what its like to be in their shoes so give them a break. he didnt write you a ticket so big deal if he pulls you over and lets you go. you sound like a deusch complaining. he has to have had a reason for stopping you. this isnt russia. im tired of people bitching about cops when they stop you or give you a ticket but guess who you call when your car gets stolen or you need help. the cops. they are your best bud when they get your car back or help save a life but the biggest asshole when you get a ticket.

I'm fed up with being profiled for driving a sports car, as well as harassed while just going for a drive... I really like to burn things...

You say that you were doing 32 in a 30, so you admit you were going over the speed limit, in other words breaking the law. You should be thankful that the cop only looked you up that he didn't give you a ticket for going 2 MPH over the limit. Those are the kinds of police stops I dont mind at all...I'll sit in my car as long as they take to check my records and have a smirk on my face when they say, "Have a good day sir."

Sorry for making such a big deal about this, my grandfather had a stroke a few days ago and shits just getting to me more then it should. To the people saying that I was in the wrong for speeding, you should read up a few posts about our state laws here, it's a no ticket offense for 5 or less over the posted speed limit. I just would like to know why I was pulled over when there was a vehicle next to me with a burnt out headlight, and there was no probable (sp?) cause for pulling me over. On a good note, I did recieve an appology from the commanding officer and he will have a chat with the officer's lack of communication in the incident.

did you address him as "sir"??? were you respectful in your talking to him??? cause it sure as shit doesn't sound like it to me...

At first yes, I was respecful, until he started being a dick. The commanding officer heard them yelling at me when he got off having me on hold, that's why there was problems with the officer.

heres how to solve this problem. make a complaint to your local police department. have them hire smoking hot patrol officers. so then when you get pulled over for "nothing" you wont give a shit cuz you can just stare at the hot officer for a while. therefore, not wasting your time, no ticket, and possible strip search from hot officer...
but really, just chill no biggie. sorry bout your gramps
