    The very function of the bushing( and its plastic material) is to isolate vibrations from the trans. To use a brass/ bronze part completely misses the boat on function and the person making these has no clue about the T56.

    well I am going to report on the infamous bronze bushing. I have no more vibration than the plastic one, just a little bit louder clicking sound when I move the shifter around, nothing bad. So far so good, it fit right in. I coated it well in grease too before the shifter went in. I am happy with it as of now, we will see....
