Made a switch plate for that ash tray.

Might buy a battery today or tomorrow, and drive it for the first time this year. But who knows...

I took my MAF out and cleaned it. Let it dry, about 30 minutes, reinstalled it and still got low rpm rough running. Most likely will try something different tomorrow...Just can't wait~~!!!

Take a look at your throttle position sensor and IAC sensor. If bad they can both cause idle and rpm problems.

Pull the throttle body too. You could have oil build up on the back side where vacuum tube attaches to it. Mine was gunked up from previous owners, after it was cleaned, rpms came back up.

Thanks Scott and Will, I will try doing this. I did see some gunk when I pulled the MAF out, but didn't know what I needed to clean it properly....

Thanks! I was kinda worried about if I'd like them or not until I got them on the car. I think they really helped tone it down enough to make the letters and stuff really pop.

Carb cleaner will work just fine on the tb but I believe there is TB specific cleaner somewhere. I use carb cleaner personally. If you remove the tb any engine degreaser will work as well, just let it air dry.

Made me some pedal covers over the weekend these work pretty damn good too and IMO look cleaner than some of the stuff out there for $60+

Checked on my car today, it's is still in the shop. TruFiber Hood came in along with several GM parts as well. Roughly 4k total in parts. And once she's done there, I will be changing that "stock" oval pipe to a 2 1/2 SS with a new "Y" pipe. Which I already have sitting with my BMR SFC, LCA's and Panhard bar that I received on Saturday. Might be 2 weeks before I'll have it all completed. Did not have rental on my insurance so I'm grateful the weather has been perfect for my 2 wheel mode of transportation.
