Oh ok, yeah I didn't do it very hard.. but it definitely didn't feel good.. Do you study any of these? Or just know about them?

i've studied kenpo for a year and a half... i've studied serveral otherr forms of self defense but nothing came remotely close to kenpo... what i learned in the first belt (albeit belts are stupid) was more than all the other forms put together...

Also, have you ever heard of mai jia lao hong? It's a martial art from southern shaolin.. The guy who tunes my car studies it, he's a 3rd degree black belt.. I think he also has studied a few others but he says that's the best that he's ever seen/studied.

Yeah same here.. He said there was a VERY small group of people who know it here... Like a small handful of people.
