Other is not even able to buy cigarettes legally. check

Accidental pregnancy followed with one side of the family hating the other. Check.

Im not downing you but i just think you are a bit to excited for something like this. Neither of you have a career or education and both of you have not even been on your own.

Again having kids is a great thing when you find the right person instead of enjoying the pregnancy you will now need to get a job, get insurance, hopefully try to get her through college, start savings for emergency care or stuff for the baby, blah blah blah. All of this is going to be a rush and 9 months is going to come up fast.

Everyone who has posted in this thread knows he is screwed. I do not think it has sunk into his head yet since he still has his parents to help.

I wanna know which one of them has a full time job and has either of them even looked at an insurance policy yet or found a doctor. I do not think he understands having a baby is not free and the check ups/birth alone are going to set him back.

17 years old without a care in the world happy to have a kid with a 21 year old when neither of them have careers or educations. How can he be a man and provide when he has not even lived on his own?

We can do it. we know what we are going to do. We already have a plan. we don't need to hear about what to do. we already have a financial plan. I already have a job that is only 4 dollars less per hour than the the city middle class. I also will be getting a raise soon. I will be making 15 and hour at that time. considering the fact that a 2500 square foot house in the suburbs starts at 60000 it's not going to be as hard as it would be in a place like california or atlanta. this is a great area really. We already have insurance and we both have jobs. she has had her own place for a while. we are going to prolly stay there.

I am trying to look at the good parts of it. I do not need to be reminded of all the bad things. Also can you shut up about values. We are both christian (although I am not quite as devout as she)

I do give respect and am happy to hear he is doing the right thing. I know I was lucky to avoid this situation, but would have done the same as him if it did happen.

we have an insurance policy and it pays for everything and I mean everything. I have a job I have been working. I have been working 30 hours a weeks and this summer I will be working 50 a week to save up money for this winter and the nxt few months. I am going to change to part time student (probably) and work full time
