    My Heads/Cam build

Been getting parts here and there for a while and finally getting real close to install.
Basic Heads and Cam, nothing too crazy
Think i got just about everything but any and all input would be great

Here's What i got so far
    CNC'd 243s
BTR .660 Platinum Springs w/ Titanium Retainers
    BTR SLR Lifters
    EPS 230/238 .600/.603 112+3 LSA
    ARP Pro Series Rod Bolts
    ARP Balancer Bolt
    Summit OE Rockers
    Comp Rocker Arm Trunion Upgrade
    Melling High Pressure Oil Pump
TrickFlow Timing Chain Adapter Bracket w/ LS2 Damper
    LS2 Timing Chain
    LS2 Lifter Trays
New Crank Seal, Rear Main Seal, Rear Cover Gasket, Timing Cover Gasket, MLS Head Gaskets, Oil Pan Gasket, and Valve Cover gaskets

Dropping the K-member to install a UMI tubular one at the same time
Left on my list is ARP Head Bolts and Pushrods, still have to measure for length.
Newer fuel injectors are on the list but holding off on those for the moment until tuning time comes around.

Fuel pump? Do you have an aftermarket one?

Looks good to me. Just be sure you get ARP's thread chasers for the head bolts so you clean them out. That way you don't crack the block upon assembly.

I would also recommend either arp thread locker or locktite for use on the crank bolt.

Your set up looks just like mine except I will be going to a 393 stroker and no cnc'd heads yet, hopefully soon though. You are probably going to need at least 42# injectors I would think for your mods.

All stocked up on thread lock, and assembly lube. Going to pick up thread chasers at the local tool shop around here. Still on the fence on what injectors I'm going to use.

I am going to use these:
    http://fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/viewitemphp?productid=412&groupid=97

You can get them in anything from 33 to 48# so they work on a variety of hp levels.

This is where I went for injectors. I gave them a call, told them what i had done to the car and they sent me 8 injectors. Great guys to deal with.

It looks like you should fall in the 500 hp range at the crank. JMHO

Will, not sure which ones you're talking about. Been to the site before but the link you posted isn't working.

Scott, I'll look into those. Still have some time to look it all over.
As far as numbers go, we'll see when she goes to the dyno.

Spoke with my tuner today and he recommended racetronix injectors, says he has had a good luck with them over other brands. Will look into them further but i trust his judgment so might end up going with those. Also forgot to mention i already run the ractronix fuel pump/wire kit.

Also got a little bored so figured i'd snap a couple pics of the heads assembled with the BTR kit because pics are always good

    42lbs @ 58 psi
A set of take offs runs around $100 but i still need spacers to get the right height, harness adapters, and a set of o-rings.
Being oem gm injectors there shouldn't be a problem tuning with them

Nope, they're stock take offs so no data sheet.

Brought the car to my friends house yesterday, he has a much bigger garage so it should make the job a little easier.
Will most likely begin tear down next weekend if possible, can't wait!
