4-link rear
Anyone hear ever backhalfed their car at home in their garage? Im thinking about doing this to my car and would like some input, tips, etc. I have looked into a professional chassis shop and this option is to costly. It doesnt look that hard I just want to do it right the first time. any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

are you wanting to do full tubs or just a four link?

full tubs roll cage the works! my car is already tubbed, but the last owner only moved the leaf springs inward and installed slapper bars. It worked fine for a street car, but the motor i recently installed is too much and the springs cant handle it. So im going with the four-link and coil overs with a set of 14.5x32w Hoosier slicks. Was wondering if anybody had done this and could offer any pointers.

I've never done this exactly, but I've done lots of custom fab work and reengenered chassis for airbag/hydralics.
the best thing I can say is measure in every direction you can from and to asmany points as possible, diagnal measurements are the most important and will tell you more if you are out of square.
tack weld everyting together, then make sure everything moves freely and doesn't rub or hang up, measure everything again before welding good
