Which LT's and ORY...Pacesetter or MAC
Ok, I have narrowed it down to two choices for LT's and ORY:
Pacesetter or MAC...?
Mods listed in Sig, which one will give me the most gains and meanest sound. I know a lot out there have Pacesetter so anyone with the MAC system please speak up. I've been to LS1sounds.com, i'm looking for opinions from people. Thanks.2018 CTS-V: °°668rwhp/658rwtq°°

You arent going to get any dramatic gains over one or the other. General consensus is that all headers will dyno within 5hp of each other. The sound will be pretty much the same also.

you sure...even with the MAC's being mid-tubes and the Pacesetter's being LT's?

I have also been looking for some headers, along with a DMH cutout. if i just get a set of pacesetters from ws6store.com and then buy a DMH cutout and put it in on the single pipe of my Y will that work. keep in mind my Y pipe is stock , but i guess i could get an aftermarket one. I'm really just trying to save some money and leave my cats and tips the same but then get some power w/ headers along with running cutouts.
What do ya think?

oh yea.. and the pacesetter LT's are 1 3/4in. on the pipes, is that standard size because on the picture they looked friggen ugly and small, but maybe its just me

Google: LS1 yp-pipe or Pacesetter and plenty of options will pop up. Cheapest Ceramic LT's I have found are Pacesetters and ORY (non coated) on Ebay for $500 + $20 shipping. Flowtech Lt's and ORYis very close in that price range as well.

Also
MAC: 2 1/2 collectors and ORY to 3" connector to I-pipe
Pacesetter: 3" collectors to 3" y-pipe to 3" I-pipe
There's going to be both lost HP and TQ w/the smaller dia. y-pipe and the fact the MAC's are mid-length and the other are true LT's...
