Coated Headers & O2 Sensor Fouling
I have used search and haven't really found out anything. Will ceramic coated headers foul out your O2 sensors when they are first installed? If so how long does it take to break them in to where they no longer foul your sensors? Also are the front sensors and the rears the same? From what I can tell they are.

I have never heard of this, but with that being said your exhaust gas will have a higher temp. due to the heat sink that the ceramic causes. I guess it is possible, but again I have never heard of it personally.

There have been cases of O2's fowling or becoming lazy from header coating. Also the newest 4th gen will be 7 years old so it is a good time to replace them.

Yeah I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to replace them, but if theres a possibillity of the new headers messing up the sensor I don't want to until whatever residue from the mfg process there may be has burned away,

That's what I did. I used the old ones for a couple of months and then replaced them with new ones.

That's good advice whether the headers are coated or not. Rust inhibitor on steel headers, cleaning chemicals left over from production, etc. all can cause sensor problems. I recommend always at least heat cycle new headers a couple of time with old sensors then install the new or good ones.
