Black- 1998 Camaro Z28
racing transmission, which one?
So I have a bone stock z28, I find it funny how my bone stock Z can obliterate all those little all wheel drive sti s. Well the other night I was racing an Sti from a roll and my third gear locked up on me. I am not sure if the synchros are going out or what. Also my fourth gear grinds everytime I switch from third to fourth. I have the clutch all the way to the floor to so I just don't get it. Anyways after all the questions floating around in my mind, I figured I should just buy a racing transmission. I am trying to find a cheap one but I just wanna know what you guys think I should buy. What brand, let me know if you guys have had success with your. Cause after the tranny comes new ported and polished Z06 heads, new aggressive cam, new racing clutch, new aluminum flywheel. Oh and of couse a 100 shot.... remember bone stock 99 Z28 that can make Sti owners sell their car after one race. LOL
