It is a bracket that either gets bolted to or welded to the axle housing of the rear end and it's function is to "relocate" where the lower control arm mounts. Lowering the position of the lower control arm changes your instant center, causing the force being transferred through the lower control arm to push the tire harder downward, or into the pavement, which increases traction.

If you have lca do you always have the relocating bracket? From the pics, do i have that?Suspension: Lower control arms (Spohn), Drive shaft safety loop, Torque arm (Edlebrock), Strut tower brace, Panhard Bar (BMR)
Under the Hood: Smooth bellows, Lid, Catch can, LT Headers, ORY, AIR/EGR delete, Poly engine/transmission mounts,
Exterior: Painted brake calipers (Red), Halo “Spyder” Headlights w/matching parking/turn signals (Black)

LCA and LCA relocation brackets would be sold separately. It looks like you have aftermarket LCA's, but you can't really see the mounting bracket that the LCA is connected to in your pics.

Does it just look like a bracket? Im gonna look tomorrow is why im asking

Yes. There will be several holes in the bracket. Your LCA should be mounted to the bottom hole or the second to bottom hole in the bracket.

The only thing that "may" change (not sure) is the relocation brackets. You can either remove them from your current rear end (if you have bolt-on ones) and bolt them to the new rear end or you can have new ones welded onto the new rear end when you purchase it (this is an option).
