13.1 sounds reasonable, but as for the other numbers since I have no idea what motor you're running (I assume LS1) or year or what it was originally rated at, it's pretty difficult to give any kind of reasonable opinion. It's important to give all relevant info if you want anything but a guess. Not all LS1's produce the same hp, for example LS1's in different year vettes can (and do) vary right out of the factory.

to me, your numbers seem low, compare just my LM dyno (done on a mustang dyno) with yours and it was only a little less than you with headers and Ls6 intake. I know every car behaves differently to bolt-ons, as I have an Ls6 intake and stainless steel headers waiting to be installed. are your numbers SAE corrected? What were your numbers before the bolt-ons?
your A/F looks good on the avg at 13.1. 13.4 is a little high (not danger)which means you are running lean at those RPM's where it's 13.4 (too high means you could burn a hole in the piston, and other internal wear problems over a long period of time). having an A/F around the high 12 to low 13's is where these cars need to be.2018 CTS-V: °°668rwhp/658rwtq°°

303 rwhp with loudmouth and slp lid 308 tQ
? was told air temp humidity also factors in what numbers you get.
ALSO my loud mouth sounded like shit with headers.
