At the track 5900-6000 And on the street I lower the shift light to around 5500 to stay out of trouble This is with a six speed.

there's actually an equation to figure out the best shift point based off your transmission gear ratios, rear gears, and peak torque. For me I shift at, 5652, 5504, and 5410 with my slp 51013 cam and god damn i feel the torque throughout the whole 1/4mile

5200-5300 rpms for me, that's where I kinda maxed hp wise out on my last dyno sheet so that's where I shift

Cam only was this on street tires shifting at 6800, since it pulls to 7200
14.1 @ 106 2.01 60'
14.01 @ 108 1.88 60'
When I adjusted my shifting after reading about optimal shift points on cam only I got
12.71 @ 115 1.90 60'
12.75 @ 116 1.85 60'
Check other thread for dyno of my car
