    Will this fit?

    Offset: 45mm Bolt Pattern: 5-120
    Rec. Tire Size:245/35-18
    **22.9lbs.**

    ASA AR1's
    These are off of a 1995 BMW M3.

    Is there anything i am going to need. Spacers, Lug nuts etc.???

    The bolt pattern is off. You need 5 x 120.65. However people put BMW wheels on Camaro's Corvette's etc. before and they go on despite the .65mm but they have a tendency of coming loose. There has to be a thread here regarding that.

    The Bolt pattern will work your studs will only be .325 mm off which isn't very much.
    The real problem is that those wheels are Lug centric not Hubcentric like your original wheels are. A set of Hubcentric rings will solve the problem.

    the lugs will still tend to run loose due to the fact that when torqued, it's not uniformely distributed on the wheel, while the force will be on 1 side of the nut mainly... I wouldn't go with wrong bolt pattern wheels... not worth the trouble and safety risk.
