Red Tint Jewelcoat- 2008 Trailblazer SS
400WHP?? That might get you depending on several things.
His gearing, his powerband, his weight, etc...

well there just aren't that many 400 hp civics running around. How did you manage to find one to possibly race.
If he truely has 400 HP you will lose. but I doubt he has that.
to Make a 400 HP reliable civic, they might as well have bought a TT supra. Which is like GOD to the import crowd.
I am not saying there aren't dumbasses out there that makes Civics with that kinda power, I am just saying it is very rare.

Yea im going to have to agree, some times this ricers dont really know what they are pushing down. They think they get 30 hp from CAIs. Can you find out what mods that civic has done?

i dunno. i have raced a few ricers down at the track when i raced. and my stock 2002 trans am, auto vs a stock sti and lost by a car or so. but with your 6 speed and those mods, if the civic has 400hp, its hard to tell but if his is 300 i think you got him for sure

Black- 2000 TA
H22's dont like that much boost. For him to be running anywhere near that much boost he would have had to have the block resleaved and fully forged rotating assembly.

Red- 2000 Trans Am
lol if its a 300 hp civic you still might loose, i had a friend who had a 278whp civic that was gutted and ran md 12s, if the car is gutted and makes 300whp with you mods its gonna be close but i think he would take it, if he has 400whp thats an 11 second car. Civics do cost alot to be made reliable however the mid 90s hatchs weighed 2500lbs, when gutted low 2000s.

One thing to keep in mind, is that most of the Honda crowd I've run into thinks that a K&N filter gives a 30-40 hp gain... Good job on smoking him!
