Sorry i've been AWOL
Sorry i've not been on here for a while. So I thought i'd just catch up with everyone on here and let everyone know the progress of Dragonbird. My painter has finally got to start on my T/A. I'm gettin really excited And believe me, i'm driving my husband crazy cause i'm having serious bird withdrawals, lol. With all this nice warm weather, i'm really excited about gettin my car back. I should only have a couple more weeks to wait

Work looks like it's coming along good. Never painted a entire TA yet but have done several Camaro's.
I use Dupont Chroma Base paint and pearls on the cars I fix and paint but if you wanna nice ghost effect PPG has a better pearl flake in the PPG Global BC line, you can go by any store and just put some flake on your finger till you find the right shade or mix a few diffeent red pearls and get a custm look. I am doing ghost stripes on my TA so the WS6 hood doesn't look so plain. been tring to decide between a bird and stipes but stripes are easier and I only plan on keeping the hood till I can get a Firehawk or raptor.

no, her body was too far gone to salvage this one is the replacement. we was able to salvage quite a bit of the interior though, and me and my hubby switched over the SLP cold air induction that was on the white one to this one. the white one was known as Dragonbird, this one is Dragonbird BACK IN BLACK!
