first day at the track
hello so i live in MA and the other night i went to the track. first time in the new 98 bird . i had a 1994 that i was putting down a 13.5 all motor bolt-on's. so my 98 has a flow-master 80's series muffler. and it had 2.56 gears and i swaped in 3.42 and a slp flow-pac . so i was able to put down a 13.2 but at wot it hit rev-limiter befor it shifts 2-3 gear costing me time i think this is becasue i have not programed the new gears. so it is reading like 70 when i am going 60 . could the car be not shifting because of that and do u think i can make up the time . thanks

Shift points on A4 are easily changed and set with even the cheaper hand held tuners.
It would seem you have some time to gain not sitting at the rev limiter to shift.
