Headers Installed!!!!!
Got my pacesetters/ORY installed this past weekend, with a LITTLE bit of help from Preston..... The open header sound was fantastic (yes, Spaz, he let me do it... bwahahaha), sounds good now too hooked up to my 40 Series, quiet when I need it, balls to the wall loud as hell on WOT. Now, only one issue to cover. I need someone to direct me to the fix for the y-pipe bumping me in the ass every time I hit the gas....
Oh, and I guess since you did help me a LITTLE Preston, whenever you get a lunch time free, I'll pay for it. Could help to offset the cost of that Sawsall
P.S. Tom your Z28 is the sex.

Nevermind on the y-pipe issue, I found the bump stop hanger on Thunder Racing's website, and will be investing in one soon, unless someone can tell me a cheaper alternative

i put new motor mounts on my car to prevent it... but that's not exactly fun to do and u wanna do it when the headers are off.... but it's cheap i think $62 at thunder racing.... and a lot of swearing

You could live with the banging for a bit and it will beat the floor in and stop banging. Or if you have a lift or can get your car high enough on ramps you can pry down on it with a bar. Those are your cheapest options. haha

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
Glad to help you out Terry
Car sounded really good when you left today, I was actually impressed/surprised at how good it sounded through the 40 Flow. I have to find something else to destroy with the sawzall now

Best way to stop the banging is with poly motor mounts. Of course they are MUCH easier to do with the headers out.
