My WS6 at VIR
Took the T/A for a hyperdrive at VIR, Here's some pics. http://emphotos1.shutterfly.com/pictures/10032
After I got to pass that Pesky Jetta (he had a big turbo) I was able to hit 145 on the back strech! 145 with the T tops out and windows down is FAST!

Cool pics, man! A couple guys from 757Goat have taken their cars to that track and had some great fun. A bit too expensive for me, new brake pads/tires plus whatever a hotel costs in that part of the world. Maybe when I get ahead with the my cash. Are you going to the F-Body show in September? Going to be a Farewell to Pontiac event this year, I am going to have to find someone to drive my Trans Am or GTO so I can enter both cars.

Hey Scott cool to hear from ya again! Honestly it doesn't cost that much! I paid $50 for a hyperdrive (one session, 25 mins) You can camp at the track for $35. I spent more in gas and food for my 18 yearold than for anything else! I'll be at the show in sept, I'm bringing my car in "race trim" with some trouphys and pictures to display and see how it stacks up to the garage queens!

Mills, I think the guys from the GTO club were racing more than one lap so I am sure that is why they needed to repair their cars after the track time. As for the event in September, pictures and trophies are always good! Hopefully there will be a bunch of cars up at the show. So far Tidewater Trans Am, 757Goat and the local Fiero club have been to the planning meetings. There is a meeting tonight and I think a flyer has been made. We should be posting those around town pretty soon.

Best I can come up with. All the pro touring cars you see were LSX powered, even the blue mustang. I was there to crew on the 72, and drove my car on the hyperdrive sat.

about 165 or 170 would be right, that's what the UTCC cars were running. I wish I had more power now, 145 was all I could get out of the car!

Bolt ons and a Frost tune. 340hp to the wheels. I race SCCA autox so I'm limited on what mods I can make. I have a full Strano suspension though, just not much motor.
