are you lowered? sounds like wheel hop you might just need some lower control arm relocation brackets if you lower the car you NEED these

Make sure your LCAs are mounted to the bottom hole of the LCA bracket. As mentioned, get the LCA relocation brackets if you don't have them already.
Lowering also affects your pinion angle. This really doesn't have an affect on wheel hop as much as the LCA's do though.

Wheel hop isn't good on your ear-end either, if it's still stock.
I might take it easy on it until you look into mentioned ideas.

Very true. Wheel hop will DESTROY a rear end.

Another question...
Did this just start happening after the install of your suspension components?

Yes it's @ the bottom hole and I can't remember if it did it after the suspension work and the lower control arms r not adjustable.....I just can't think of anything else...

well if you have a stock torque arm and you are lowered your pinion angle is no longer -2 degrees. This could be an issue.

Ok well I guess I'll have to look for a torque arm and does it have to b adjustable?

If it isn't, it really serves no purpose over your stock unit other than being sturdier.
Lowering your car changes your entire suspension geometry. You need adjustable parts to be able to make the key things for traction (instant center and pinion angle) back to where they need to be.
